SHIPPING INFORMATION

LOCAL / SINGAPORE POSTAGE
All local packages are shipped via SingPost Smartpac or registered mail. When your order is received, your package will be dropped off at SingPost within 1 to 2 business days. Orders received over the weekends will only be processed on the following Monday. Expect SingPost to take another 2 to 5 business days to deliver to the stated address reflected in your order.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
All international packages are shipped via SingPost registered airmail. When your order is received, your package will be dropped off at SingPost within 1 to 2 business days. Orders received over the weekends will only be processed on the following Monday. After the packages reach SingPost, these will be dispatched overseas and will take several more business days, excluding weekends, to arrive at your stated address. Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times, which may or may not be the actual delivery standard experienced:

Any delay at destination countries is beyond the control of SingPost. For festive postings to major international cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail.
